A: Absolutely, Global Home USA home warranties protect all single family homes, under 10,000 square feet, regardless of age as long as the items have been properly maintained and are in good working order at the time you purchase the plan.
Q: Who is providing the service on my home repairs?
A: Global Home USA uses licensed and insured contractors in your local area. All of our service technicians are carefully screened and continuously monitored for quality of service.
Q: Do I have to pay a service fee for each claim I make?
A: You will be required pay a service fee or trade fee each time a new claim is made. Service fees are very similar to deductibles that you have probable paid in the past to insurance companies any time you made a claim. Basically, it is a set fee that you must pay each time you have a claim. With our Platinum Plan, you only pay a nominal $50.00 service fee to the service provider when services are rendered.
Q: Do you offer coverage for condos and multiple units?
A: Special Condo coverage is available for only $365.00, plus options. It provides all the same coverage as our Gold Plan provides for single family homes at a discounted price. For pricing on Condominium homes go to the Coverage & Pricing tab and select pricing for Condo Units. We also offer coverage for Duplex, Triplex, and Fourplex homes. Q. You offer an option that covers pre-existing conditions. How is that possible?
A. It is only available for Real Estate Professionals to order for homes that have undergone an inspection. If an inspector did not make note of any pre-existing conditions to a covered system or appliance, then the item is covered, regardless of how soon a claim may be called in after the home has closed escrow.
Q: Is coverage available in all 50 states?
